Target Responsibilities:
·Sell outdoor power equipment parts to customers calling or walking into the store.
·Fill parts requests for the service techs.
·Participate in rolling inventory checks.
·Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
·Begin each workday with a positive attitude by encouraging each counter person to meet his/her daily and weekly goals.
·Work to develop a sense of “team” in the parts department and across other departments.
- Ascertain make, year, and type of part needed, inspect worn, damaged, or defective part to determine replacement required, or inform customer of part needed according to description of malfunction.
- Discuss use and features of various parts.
- Read catalog, microfiche viewer, or computer for replacement part stock number and price.
- Fill customer orders from stock.
- Prepare sales slip or sales contract.
- Receive payments, make proper change, and wrap or bag merchandise for customer.
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
- Inform customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available.
- Examine returned part to determine if defective, and exchange part or refund money.
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
- Alert Parts Manager when stock is running low.
Weekly Duties and Responsibilities:
·Mark and store parts in stockroom according to prearranged system.
·Take inventory of stock, brochures, bulletins, manuals and publications, and present an accurate count to Parts Manager.
·Advise Parts Manager of trends in parts usage. Monitor aging inventory and present a report to Dept. Manager.
·Sweep and clean stock room.
Quarterly Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with Parts/Service Manager to discuss improvement processes needing implemented during the next quarter.
Annual Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with Parts/Service Manager to discuss year-end results, goals, and objectives for the upcoming year.

- Must have good eyesight (correctable to 20/20) and normal hearing for diagnostics and trouble shooting equipment.
Target Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain small engines, large lawn equipment, mowers, tillers, and other related vehicles and equipment.
- Responsibilities include diagnosing small engine problems, maintaining shop area cleanliness, and collecting and disposing of trash.
- Clearly explain (if called upon) to the customer’s satisfaction the diagnosis and repair of the machine in question.
- Continually seek both technical and product training when available.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, improve and promote quality, and monitor own work to ensure quality.
- Observe all safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
- Treat management and other employees with respect and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
- Follow instructions and promptly respond to management direction.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

·Repair or overhaul small engines and related mechanical or structural parts for a variety of equipment types.
·Perform repairs within the time parameters as established by flat rate time or billed time with proper diagnosis.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area. Assist in keeping the entire shop clean and orderly.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with employees, vendors, and customers
- Respond promptly to customer needs and manage difficult customer situations.
- Completely fill out and turn in all work orders.
Weekly Duties and Responsibilities:
·Study and review all relevant product repair updates.
·Inspect, clean, and maintain all equipment used.
·Report to the shop supervisor any hazards or faulty equipment.
·Meet with supervisor to discuss the weekly repair trends, comebacks, and service problems.
Monthly and Quarterly Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet with supervisor to discuss and review individual performance
We are looking for a delivery driver. We have a Medium duty truck that has a lift gate, ramps, air ride, and ac! Must be able to push a snowblower up a ramp, lift 50 lbs. have driving experience in a straight truck and trailer experience is not required but preferred. Full time position with overtime.

- Thoroughly clean equipment prior to it entering the service department (This can happen at the red or blue stage).
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, improve and promote quality, and monitor own work to ensure quality.

·Continually stage equipment for techs to help improve their efficiency.
·Clean equipment prior to it entering the service department. Your goal is to “wow” the customer with the cleanliness of their equipment.
·Sharpen blades and fix tires as needed by service department.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area. Assist in keeping the entire shop clean and orderly.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Respond promptly to team members’ needs to help improve the profitability of the service department and the satisfaction of the customers.
Weekly Duties and Responsibilities:
·Meet with Service Manager to discuss the upcoming week and any changes in priority.
·Inspect, clean, and maintain all equipment used.
·Report to the Service Manager any hazards or faulty equipment.
·Discuss any areas for improvement or changes in the processes with the Service Manager.
